Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the Institute for Educator & Family Growth. We are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our online courses, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Live Workshops & Webinars

Registration fees for live virtual or in-person workshops may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event, unless otherwise stated during registration.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another participant or applied toward a future event at our discretion.

Consulting & Coaching Services

Consulting and coaching appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without prior communication may be subject to the full service fee.

Organizational Contracts

Refunds, cancellations, and payment terms for organizational consulting, professional development, and training services are governed by the terms outlined in each individual service agreement or contract.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
